So, of course when I received it I wanted to try it out. My first impressions of the product were, "ohhhh I'm not sure on the smell...... but I'm sure I'll get used to it", "this feels nice", "my face feels better already". But of course my face only felt better within the space of two minutes because I was so excited... Yikes. In the morning, I didn't notice a difference and the smell had gone from my face. Within a week I still didn't notice any difference apart from having a dry nose... And it is meant to moisturize your skin.. hmmmmm.
After about 3 weeks of using it I decided to stop using it for a while because I broke out, badly. After I had stopped using it my face did recover. Though, I wasn't sure whether it was because I had stopped using the product or if it was just because of hormones or all that lady stuff going on. So, I started using it again... And I broke out. It got to the point where I realized what this product does for me. The product brings all the crap inside my skin out of my skin but instead of defeating the horrible stuff under my skin, it brings it out to the world and does the complete opposite of what I expected it to do. Sigh.
After deciding to stop using it every day, I started to use it once a week and I can honestly say that it is better that way. Some weeks I don't use it but if I feel like my face really needs it then I will use it. Would I buy it for myself? No. Probably more because I don't think it's worth how much it sells for which is £175 for 330ml at Harrods. Also I'm not a huge fan of the smell either. However if it was £10 in a drugstore, I probably would keep buying it because I think it's good once in a blue moon.
